At FarmDidi, we take pride in the quality of our authentic, handmade food products; however, due to the perishable nature of our items, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect deliveries. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a resolution.
Return Process

Contact our support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- 2.Verification Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim and the provided evidence within 2 business days to verify the eligibility for a return or replacement.
- 3.Pickup or Disposal
Once approved, we will either arrange a reverse pickup for the item or, in cases of severe damage, provide instructions for safe disposal.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After verification, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement package at no additional cost to you.
